Blythe for Congress

On August 26th we defeated the other Democrat in the race, Paul Rancatore. We now are faced with the awesome challenge and opportunity to defeat long-time Florida politician Bill Posey in the general election in November! We have a lot of work in front of us! Our victory on August 26th was because of all of the very hard work of our volunteers, for which we are eternally grateful.

Now that Barack Obama is the Democratic nominee for president, we have offered the upstairs of our building at 400 E. Strawbridge Avenue in Melbourne to the Brevard for Obama organization to help them get Obama elected. This November, after all, is not simply about getting a progressive voice from our district into congress - it is about creating the change we need to move our country forward! Steve's goal is to get into congress to help support Obama in his platform for change.
